I was helped by Sabi and Davey for a car issue. I’m super bad with car knowledge and these 2 guys were able to explain it to me like I’m 5 with patience, which was much appreciated :) very nice attitude overall and I felt like they really cared! Would come back for sure~

This is the best and most trusted auto shop I have ever been to in my life. As a woman who has been taken advantage of in the past (which is horrible) i do not have to be worried about that at North Road Auto. The best service, amazing customer service rep who is at the desk, incredible, talented and efficent mechanics. Thank you for your integrity and for ensuring I have a safe car to drive. After feeling like I was being lied to by a dealership over and over again, I was recommended this shop a couple of years ago. Without disclosing what the dealership had told me, they confirmed exactly what I suspected - I did not need the services the dealership was pushing.
Ever since then, I’ve taken my car here and have had nothing but great experiences. They are incredibly honest about what your car does or doesn’t need, and they work really hard to properly diagnose and repair issues - all for very reasonable prices.
