I was really impressed with Metrotown Floors and Interiors . Not only did they address all my concerns they replied almost immediately . Al Eris gave me suggestions for my carpets and underlay . I’m skeptical but am I happy I listened to his suggestions esp the underlay ! I’ve gotten many compliments already on how nice and compfy the carpet feels , even from diehard hardwood fans. We recently had carpet installed in our home through a referral and had a solid experience overall. Our salesman, Al Eris, was phenomenal from the start-his communication and expertise really helped us feel confident in our choices and comfortable requesting further attention when needed.
While we did run into some setbacks with the external installation crew, the company handled the situation with total integrity.
