We built our home 21 years ago. We installed Relax A Mist JR in our ensuite. It gets used regularly. It still works great. The tear drop head is corroded and neefs to be replaced but thats it. We have been very happy with the steam on our Relax a mist JR. Thank you for making such a quality product!
We have had a relax-a-mist steam generator for almost 10 years and it has worked great since day 1. Always works without an issue. The service and tech support answers very quickly and extremely friendly.
Would definitely buy another unit when its time.
This is the second Relax-A-Mist steam unit that I have had in my homes. The JR-3 units have performed as advertised. However, with each unit the digital control unit went goofy at about the 3-year mark. In both situations, Relax-A-Mist (via Leisure Baths Ltd.) had a new control unit to me in under 1 week. In each case there was no additional cost as the control units were tested and deemed not to be user error. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! This gives me comfort as a consumer!
