to the doctors who work out of this clinic. it would be helpful you show a list of doctors names, especially specialist working out of your clinic.
100%! your administration front desk staff do not answer the phones as two days ago i tried 10 times at 10 different times and constantly pressing #3 to be connected to the front desk-now i have a sore thumb. ha! i walked into the office yesterday and none of the front desk staff were too busy. i guess silence is golden not hearing the phone ring a ling a ling.
friendly staff, clean place but the lack of the above details are disappointing.

Dr. Lee was very professional, kind, and helpful during my phone appointment. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The team was also very responsive and helpful over email, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated the care and support. Highly recommend!

The dr seemed nice. However I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a ultrasound results. Can never get ahold of anybody in the office. Every call goes to a automated msg. Super unprofessional

TURN ON YOUR OFFICE PHONE LINE. This is ridiculous. There are elderly patients that do not how to book online. Family docs need to stop referring their patients to this clinic. It's literally impossible to reach anyone here.

I had a very positive experience at WellHealth Clinic at Kensngton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, and efficient. The reception process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Any concern you require they will attend to you promptly.
The healthcare provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clearway. I really appreciated how thorough and respectful they were during the consultation. It made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. I want to personally thank my new family doctor Dr. Lee Seung Dae, he is really kind, accommodating and reassuring.
On the other hand, you can’t contact this clinic via phone call. I noticed communication is via email so if you have any concern just drop them an emal and the email address is provided in their website.
Thank you Well Health for providing such excellent service. Your clinic is highly recommend to others.

Unfortunately I cannot share how many years I used this clinic while living and raising my children in the Westridge North Burnaby neighborhood since they refuse to release my records and don't follow the applicable provincial health regulations. What I can share is avoid the dr that works 10 -3, especially if you belong to a minority or have a disability. Clearly, the rest of the practicing medical doctors are also negligent and shockingly the staff have had no meaningful training to serve such a lovely community. Some even think they have a right to be in the same room as vulnerable patients with no proof any medical qualifications aside from a clip on tie.
