I really appreciate Dr. Li, she takes the time to answer all my questions and explains things without talking down to me. I can see how some think she may be abrupt with them however I sense this comes from a place of having an overwhelming patient load and needing to get to the next person. Her advice has helped and reassured me which is what I think we all want. I came to her with questions and she had answers.

Be aware that the software that they use for booking walk in appointments is very frustrating. Make sure you receive an email confirming your appointment, otherwise you will waste your time like I did. This entire medical system is a bad joke!

I am so pleased with this walk in medical clinic!We were lucky enough to book a walk-in time and recently saw Dr Viegas for an ear infection. We were shown into a room right at our appointment time and waited about 15 min for Dr Viegas to be available.I felt that he was thorough and careful in his questioning and examining of a screaming toddler, and was very clear, patient and understanding when he had to repeat instructions and next steps.The staff in the reception area were also also very efficient and courteous despite their busyness.
