I visited this place to get highlights done and I made sure that I don’t want anything golden colour or yellowish. I want it to look dark brown mocha highlights which go with my natural black hair. I wasn’t happy with the result of what my hair looked in the end and girl kept on pushing it by saying it is better than the reference but what I don’t understand is that I never asked it to be something else than the reference picture so why should I be asking her to make it more better.I called the salon to try and fix it up for me or what can be done. Not once I heard the politeness of words from them or even feel sorry about it and how can they help me out here! Nada!!!! It was just excuses on how busy they are and not even once try to make things right!!

I originally started coming here just for my nails, but one day decided to book a cut and style with Jenny—and I’m so glad I did. As someone who used to avoid haircuts at all costs (I’d either hate the result or feel overcharged), I can confidently say I’ve never felt that way leaving this salon. The prices are very reasonable, and Jenny absolutely nails it every time! Not to mention her and the team are such a treat to chat with. I always leave looking and feeling amazing. Thank you Jenny for making me love haircuts again!!!

I was worried going to a nail shop I've never been too. I booked with Cindy to get my shellac nails with artwork done during lunch break, since it's 5 min away from work.
I couldn't be happier, my nails look amazing and ready for Christmas! At first, it felt like she was rushing. I only wanted a color change and not a full manicure, but my nails look perfect! The shape, colors as close to cuticles as possible. Will definately come back, left and returned to work in less then 45 min.

I can't say enough good things about my visits to J. Diem salon for my regular nail services. I have been going for about a year now for nail extensions and I always see Hieu because I love the nail art that she gives me. Each time I show her a picture, I have concern that it might be too difficult or that she might not want to or have time and she has always done an amazing job no matter what ridiculous design I ask for. The extensions themselves are so sturdy that if not for the grow out, I could probably go over a month before needing any sort of repairs. The staff has always been very friendly and as a person in the beauty industry myself, it pleases me to see their cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. I plan to keep coming back for this service.
