I am from Vancouver Island and had my vehicle break down on New Year’s Eve in Burnaby while visiting family for the holidays.
I called HTP Auto and while Jas (the owner) was away he had his friend Jag running the shop.
I had such a pleasant experience with Jag and all the staff rushing to get parts and fixing my van over a weekend so I could get home.
Jag was extremely professional and friendly, kept me up to date and really helped me out when I was in such a panic.

Great experience at HTP Auto Repair. Jas helped me out and was straight-up, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary my f150 truck was making sounds .He explained what was going on, handled it quickly, a. Hard to find honest auto shops these days, this is one of them. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them.

My truck broke down on my way to meet old friends for dinner. Luckily I was able to pull into a driveway and it just happened to be HTP !! I wrote a note with my name and number on an envelope, put my key in it and slid it through the drop-off slot. First thing next morning I got a call from Jazz and I OKayed his working on the truck. Honestly, I thought my truck engine was ruined and was really worried. But no, after a while Jazz called back and told me they had found the problem and could have it fixed in a few hours for a very reasonable price.
