Theo came to our house on April 29/26 for Boiler maintenance and inspection. He found out we had gas leaking out from heat exchange. He was willing to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Navien tech support so that they would approved Heat exchange which was still under warranty which was extremely complicated process in order for them to approve for replacement. They approved and sent the part by noon.on April 30/26. He was willing to come back to remove the old and install the new part. In order for us to have warm shower. He provided amazing services care and passion. We highly recommend his company to anyone require this 5 stars services to the customers.

Tohid and his team installed a brand new furnace, tankless water heater and A/C at our home. A year later called a few others after that to service (service is expensive) but their work was not great. I went back to Tohid and he came by and did an excellent job of cleaning all the hot/cold air vents and registers, dryer vents and did a full service of the furnace including changing out the filter. his charges are very reasonable too when compared to others. Highly recommend trusting Tohid and his team at HeatCo.
