Our first time here at Great Clips ! Beatrice greeted us with her beautiful smile and was able to cut my little one s hair less than 15 minutes! She did such a great job ? and we will definitely be back. Parking was so easy too and convenient location

I have breast cancer and, today July 23rd, 2024 at 9:38am, at the Kerr St location, the older Asian hairdresser with the red hair completely embarrassed me by laughing at me with a male client, out loud, in the waiting room area saying he checked in before me and cut his hair before mine when we had checked in 20 mins earlier online. There were only 2 people ahead of us in the online list when we checked in and they were already getting their hair cut so we were definitely next. They were completely disrespectful. The young, quiet hairdresser who actually cut my hair was respectful, gentle and absolutely excellent! She deserves my $40 tip for her!

I always ask for Sandy when I get my hair done because she gets it right every time. She listens to what I want even when I want to change it up. She always provide great care and attention to details to getting my hair done. Make sure you book with her because sometimes there are multiple customers requesting for her but it's worth the wait if you can grab coffee and come back.
