Family Practice at Walmart Burnaby by Jack Nathan Health

This clinic is so unprofessional. My husband tried to book an appointment with one of the doctors there that told him over a year ago that he would take him on as a patient. The receptionist (who was rude and unwilling to help) is now saying that they don't have his file and he's not a patient. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

Receptionist is beyond rude. Came here because medimap said they were a walkin clinic. One of the receptionists said they weren't. Fair enough. Not the first time a government website got it wrong. Then I ask the receptionist if they knew where the closest one was and if they could help me find one. That's when the other lady behind her lost her mind. She was nearly yelling at me telling me just because the website got it wrong doesn't mean they can all of a sudden become a walk in clinic. I had to turn around and calm her down. There is no doubt this Country has no care for its citizens and their health. The fact that you call a walking clinic because it is impossible to find a family doctor and then if you're lucky enough you get an appointment with a walking clinic doctor that doesn't know you and most likely doesn't even care is appalling to me. I just called this clinic and spoke to a doctor who told me to get referral for especialist from my family doctor even though l told her l don't have one. I been suffering from insomnia and heart problems but I guess l should just die then because l dont have a family doctor and walking doctors cannot help patients, rather they tell them to go to...read full review
