I highly recommend Coastal Ford Burnaby. As a University student, I was initially anxious about the financial and personal strain that followed transmission issues on my vehicle. The moment I walked into the building I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The service center addressed my concerns promptly and took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was clear and understandable. They were transparent and efficient. An exceptional experience! I enthusiastically recommend Burnaby’s Coastal Ford Service Department! I own a BMW X2 and, after several poor experiences with my home dealership, I decided to buy OEM parts and booked my ride at Coastal for install, as the estimate was more favourable (I also bought tires there and those were mounted onto my vehicle in the same visit: so efficient!).
