I was used truck shopping and ended up looking at a vehicle that Coastal Ford had. It wasn’t the right fit for me but they made note of what I was looking for and told me they would keep me updated if something came on their lot that matched my needs. Coastal Ford just gave me the hottest deal on a ride I could find. The deal was really good, but the service was even better. The sales rep, John, was literally Johny on the spot. In barely over a day it had upholstery fixed, a wicked deal (better than Kal-tire offered me for steel rims) on new winters with alloy rims which were mounted, they ran a commercial inspection, insured it, and answered the plethora of questions I inundated them with, all while serving me endless Latte’s. They were absolutely pleasant the whole time. John even took a considerable amount of time to show me all the features inside the cab, long after the papers were signed.
