We recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed by Sam and his crew of Canadian Heating & Cooling. They were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled.
Sam made the entire process completely stress-free, from the first call to installation to a follow-up call. They were meticulous in the clean up of removing the old furnace and heat pump.
After sales support to include sending a skilled technician is very important to me. This was evident during my follow-up call to tweak the heat pump and address questions regarding our new thermostat. It is clear that Sam and his crew value their customers.
An excellent thorough inspection & service by the technician Sam, who did a fantastic job representing Canadian Care Heating & Cooling. He also assured me of their commitment of being local, & that they’re available for any issues. Same huge THANK YOU to the company representative John, who was extremely patient with my indecision to book a service through a “cold call”, but it went as smoothly as he said, & I’m very satisfied so far….glad there’s a 1 year warranty on a part needed for my hot water tank, & everything went smoothly. Pricing was as promised, & I still have to apply for my $50 rebate from Fortis, which is a great incentive.... read full review
On Jan-09-2026, I had a new Combi Boiler installed in my home. Sam and two technicians / plumbers arrived at my house at 9 am and started work immediately. The three of them worked diligently without a break and completed the work at 3:30 pm.
I am very pleased with the work they have done.
