Our designer, Jamie listened to what we wanted and made changes to the designs, offering her expertise as we planned together. She took our budget and the flow of the area into good consideration and was a pleasure to work with. The installers were also excellent. There was a problem with one of the pieces which could have put a halt on completing the whole entertainment unit. However, Ash was on top of it, phoned the company right away and a new piece was produced and sent over by taxi, in order for the installation to be completed within a short time. We are very pleased with the results and I definitely recommend this company. They have an amazingly clean and organized factory that our designer showed to us. It is worth visiting the showroom in Burnaby, BC if you are unsure of things. Our entertainment unit is built in and does not have the look of a “do it yourself, pre-boxed” unit. It was more expensive but it has changed the whole space.
