Timely service. Arrived within 90 minutes of call, during a heat wave. Furnace and a/c were not functioning. Repairs took less than 2 hours. Cleaned up the work area and took defunct parts for disposal. Excellent service.
We had some issues with our heat pump and called BC Wide for service. They came to our house on next day, and the technician was on time, he was very respectful and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly and very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company .
