Our building uses Artisan for regular services so I hired them to replace my hot water tank. All went smoothly, they kept my place clean. It did take longer than I thought it would because they were doing another hot water tank in the building and splitting the time between us. I'm happy with the result. I'd hire them again!

Yesterday, I had a fantastic experience with plumber Amir and he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Not only was he able to fix our leaking faucets in two bathrooms, he was also able to diagnose the root cause on our shower stall leak. Thank you so much Amir and I really appreciate all your help!

Artisan is the company that our strata uses to maintain the mechanical systems in our building. Daniel and Edmond always take the time to explain what they are doing and why. The bldg. is a 9 floor mini highrise and some of the problems are complex. We are very happy with their service
