I have been there many times. I have always been happy with my hair, my niece's hair laser treatment, and my nails. Theresa is what she is. A very professional and kind-hearted woman who always stands behind her work. If you are not happy with the results, she always tries to fix it to make you a happy customer. She is not a fake sweetie pie like many in the industry, she just asks you what you want and tells you how much it is going to cost. She is forward, which many have identified as rude in their comments, but is so far from the truth. She is a well-seasoned hairdresser who delivers even if it takes her time. Overpriced, low quality. Very disappointed.

The overall hygiene of the place left much to be desired. It was evident that the salon lacked proper maintenance, and cleanliness was not a priority. The ambiance was far from inviting, with unclean surfaces and a generally unkempt appearance throughout.The service I received was equally disappointing. The Asian lady who coloring my hair she is just put everything on head without any good things. Also a shocking level of rudeness. It felt as if I was inconveniencing her by being there.
