This company has earned its excellent reputation. A Zepp's employee did a routine maintenance on my reverse osmosis and water softener yesterday.
He only did what was necessary...no BS, no pressure and no upselling. This technician had a positive and professional demeanor. The office staff listened to my concerns and very patiently answered each question.
The price was reasonable.
I recommend Zepp's to anyone that wants professional, no nonsense service.
Very happy with this companies service, from the front desk to our technician Xavier. We had an RO system installed last year in our motorhome and a soft water system installed yesterday in our Casita. Very tidy and professional work done.
