Our dog, Blaze, stayed for 2 weeks this time. Gotta say, he always comes home happy and well cared after his fun vacation to the hotel resort. We highly recommend!

Yuma Pet Hotel was able to take care of a friend’s dog when she was temporarily unable to care for him. I was working with them from many states away and they were fantastic with caring for him, understanding his needs, and extending the stay when needed. Truly a lifesaver in a tough situation.

When I first brought my dogs Lady III and Beethoven III in for dog daycare and a bath, there was a little confusion about my appointment. Since David just recently purchased the business, these things can happen during a transition.

What impressed me most was how he handled it.

David personally called me back, sincerely apologized, and made everything right. That kind of customer service and accountability is rare these days.

If you’re looking for dog daycare, dog boarding, or grooming in Yuma, I definitely recommend giving David a chance and supporting his business. It’s also one of the most affordable dog daycare options in town, and unlike many places, they actually communicate and call you back.

Lady III and Beethoven III will definitely be returning.

Amazing experience at Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. My pitbull felt right at home and had no issues getting adjusted, which really gave me peace of mind.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and truly feels more like a resort than a kennel. I also loved that they have a groomer on site and take the time to ask whether you’d like your pet interacting with staff or socializing with other dogs — that level of personalization really stood out.

When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort if you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family. They truly go above and beyond! 🐾❤️

Prioritizing safety, the facility is highly secure with 24/7 surveillance and strict vaccination policies, ensuring peace of mind. While in the mid-to-high price range, the value is excellent. The reservation and scheduling process is straightforward. Although booking in advance is recommended due to high demand, they staff are consistent at doing their best to accommodate to their customers schedules as best as they can. For any pet owner seeking a trustworthy, safe, and loving place for their pet, The Pet Hotel and Resort is a highly recommended solution.

Receptionist was abit confused about the bill, but overall was a good place for our little Harley.

This was my first time leaving my dog at a pet boarding facility, and I must say I was impressed. The staff was very responsive and clean, and the atmosphere was great for my pet. Great customer service and affordable prices made it highly recommended if you need to leave your dogs in good hands!
