My mother passed on June 2nd and we buried her today June 22nd. Through the entire process the staff at Yuma mortuary was there. Before my mother even left the examiners office I stopped by and Jose Tovar explained the entire process to me. He showed me all the coffin options along with other stuff and he was very helpful, polite, and didn't try to upsell me in any way which I appreciated. My mother chose to be a donor so she was picked up and taken to Tucson before the mortuary and I had let them know, they were very understanding and even said they would let me know when they received my mother after the donation company dropped her off. I was well served by Cecilia. She did some pre-steps that shortened the process of sending cremains to a veterans National cemetery and I am most thankful for her and this mortuary.

I had a wonderful experience here. My mother passed away on February 11, 2023. A few weeks later when we looked at her name on their website, they planted a tree in her honor. This wasn't something we paid for or was already paid for. I believe this was something they did for our family..I do t know if this is standard practice but it was a beautiful gesture for our family and made us feel some type of way. Compassionate all the way through and 100% recommend!
