We are seasonal residents who recommend NOT using this company. The two times upon our return the bait boxes were full of sand with no bait in sight. Clearly not maintained as they say. Billing regularly and completely lying about their attendance or completion of work. Customer service will not take the complaint, instead I was faced with combative behavior. No return call, as requested, from management to cancel this service.

I had been with Yuma pest for 17 years, at my home, and then at my townhome where I rent. I thought I was moving in March so I stopped service. I didn't moved so I called them to start up service again. BIG MISTAKE. These idiots of course wanted to make a big production out of it. They said they needed to make an inspection, and then charge me a startup fee along with the charge for inspection. My condo is 1200 sq ft. It takes them 10 minutes to spray. I asked them if they wanted me to go elsewhere and they said , sure, go ahead. I guess I am small, useless customer and they don't want or need my business.
