Everyone at Vida is amazing!
The atmosphere is so calming & overall just relaxing, peaceful, & positive energy! I love all the classes and events they put on! You can see and tell everyone who works there genuinely loves what they do and loves being there because they pour themselves into Vida!
Irene has been the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever had and been to! She really strives to work out any areas causing me pain or tension she will really focus on those areas but still provide a relaxing and peaceful experience. Every time I leave I feel SO much relief!

Allyse has been my masseuse for many yrs. During this time, she has shared messages from family members: dad, daughter, mom, and mother-in-law and at times I have felt like I am floating. She has shared these with me after the massage. They have brought me so much peace. Thank you Allyse!
