The atmosphere is so calming & overall just relaxing, peaceful, & positive energy! I love all the classes and events they put on! You can see and tell everyone who works there genuinely loves what they do and loves being there because they pour themselves into Vida!
Irene has been the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever had and been to! She really strives to work out any areas causing me pain or tension she will really focus on those areas but still provide a relaxing and peaceful experience. Every time I leave I feel SO much relief!

Vida Holistic Healing truly was a wonderful experience, and it was the perfect follow-up for my self-care day. My therapist, Allyse, was so professional and patient; she really knew how to relax my muscles and melt away all the tension I’d been carrying. She is very good and passionate about at her craft and made the whole experience feel incredibly personalized. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality healing experience! I have also been to her sound baths and always come back happy and relaxed. 10/10

A beautiful space for healing! Meli shared insights that truly resonated throughout the session as she worked. The space felt safe and her healing work was thorough. I felt like a lot of stuck and negative energy that had been tangled within was released during our time together and I'm grateful that I found a wonderful spot with such a compassionate practitioner. If you've been struggling internally with harsh energies, stress, and a sense of dis/ease, and reiki resonates with you, definitely reach out to Vida Holistic Healing and Meli for a session :) 10/10 recommend!
