Up 2 Par Medical Clinic

I’ve been treated very well here. Dr Joe has listened very carefully to my concerns, and has provided what seemed to be very good care. I appreciate it.

We love Katherine! She is patient and kind! She does wonderful with my 30 yo profoundly autistic daughter! The only bad comment I have is that on occasion we've had to see another NP and it is hit or miss whether they will be kind, especially with my daughter or my 80+ yo father. One NP told my diabetic father that he needs to eat less, even though he eats hardly anything, and drops really low if he doesn't have a small snack at night! Giving advice like that without knowing the situation is dangerous! So my advice is to find out which providers are good and avoid all the others at all costs!

So much money and time wasted on countless of appointments in which I was dismissed for 6 months. My PCP at Up 2 Par suggested my symptoms were due to depression or anxiety. After switching to a recommended provider with Onvida my new PCP listened carefully to the onset of my prolonged symptoms and immediately recommended I be tested for every autoimmune disease possible and I am now having to have multiple MRI's and scans done.

Doctors at this practice could not find a condition, which in the next couple of days the hospital did.

As read some of the ratings it encouraged me to write this. I have been a patient for around 2 years. I have enjoyed their quick response and attention when in their office, who has time to waste. The best part is the the excellent attention I have received during my visit. For all those with low ratings, seriously take a look at the pettiness in your part. Nothing in those statements warrants a low rating. Keep up the excellent medical attention Dr. Joe.

The treatment my grandmother received was very pleasant and friendly. The medical assistant was very kind to my grandmother; she was patient and helped her feel better.
Dr. Smythe is a great doctor, and my grandmother has felt much more secure coming to Up2par.

My spouse and I have been patients here for several years,we have recently moved out of town.
I was at my new pharmacy turning in a new prescription and my new insurance requested a pre-authorization for the diabetic injection I was requesting to be filled.This authorization needed to be sent from the Up2Par provider who wrote the prescription,so I phoned Up2Par expecting this request to be fulfilled…..the provider refused to do the pre-authorization stating I would have to visit my new doctor,so he can send the required information.Here’s my concerns,the soonest appointment available is late June, forcing me to go 45 days without a critical injection for diabetes care.So much for supporting your patients Up2Par.

I’ve never been in a place where they got me coming two times and charge me to give me the same information as the prior appointment and to tell me to come back and pay again for another appointment to get my treatment done.
