I was in the area and checked to see if the salon had an opening. They were able to fit me in within an hour. I have long, grey, straight hair (ugh) and Brianna did an excellent job washing and cutting my hair, and she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Ulta is always a great place to shop for makeup and hair needs. However, I do wish they sold more products geared towards ethnic hair (4a-4c). I found that the Kreyol and Pacifica products have worked very well with my hair. But there aren’t any good leave in options. Overall, the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about the products that they suggest. Sign up for their rewards program, your points will add up fast.

The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I was greeted at the door by a very nice young person and I told them I needed help choosing makeup for my aging skin. They took me right to the clinique section and we discussed exactly what I needed. They decided I needed a makeup artist so they went and got a beautiful young woman who showed me what makeup would be best for my skin and she showed me how to apply it. I bought several items and will definitely go back for more.
