Today's Creative Nails

I was doing some camping and getting a little exercise in the desert for about a week so my feet were getting dry and had some calluses because it's been over a month since my last pedicure. I had to mail a package and I was at the UPS shop next door and saw Today's Creative Nails so I went in. I was able to soak my feet as they finished another woman's feet and the man was getting his feet worked on when I arrived. I soaked for about 10 minutes and then the man who was working on the woman came over and started working on mine. Been going to this salon for about 1.5yrs & always kinda chaotic but they did a good job & I always left a very good tip 30%!!!! Today I go in & they're all rude to me & tell me I can't get into today! I called later & was told I could get in at 4pm. And I've made appointments in the past & they always make me wait because someone else books an appointment at the same time as me? Do they not have a computer on that desk in the front? So that's it folks. You just lost a hell of a good customer!!!!!

first day off in a while so i went to get my nails done. i asked for an acrylic set with an almond or stiletto shape. they give me a square shape so i ask them to fix it to at least coffin and they still give me a square shape and do not care to shape my nail at all so its a chunky thick and uneven.i am now in the process of reshaping my nails because they couldnt care enough to do so. will not be coming back and the only reason this isnt a one star review is because they didnt charge me a ridiculous price for their shitty work.
