My wife has been bugging me for months to rip out the nasty-looking 15-year-old carpet throughout the house. In her defense, we have three young sons, and they operate as a full-time demolition crew. If an object exists and falls within their line of sight, it's probably already damaged.
I kept arguing that we should just get the carpet cleaned and squeeze a few more years out of it until the 3-year-old gets a little older and is less likely to destroy whatever flooring replaces it.

Everything was great! From the first phone call all the way through the process. The team was very friendly, on time, respectful and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend and will call on them again if needed.
This is the second time I have had Semper Fi come out to clean the carpet and furniture in my rental and I couldn’t be more pleased with their integrity and excellent cleaning job. Renters and animals can be especially hard on the carpet and furniture and this has allowed the carpet and furniture to last longer before needing replacement, saving me money in the long run. Their prices are very fair and affordable considering the extended life of the carpet and furniture. I will be using them again and highly recommend.
