He helped to set my expectations as to what I could and should expect. Once the old roof was removed he brought everything to my attention. We needed to have some plywood replaced , Leonard again provided a clean revised estimate with photos of the wood damage . They replaced all the water damaged plywood, installed a brand new shingle roof , and cleaned up my yard better than it was when they arrived.
