Ruben arrived for the estimate exactly at the time he said he would. When we schedule the repairs, him and his crew showed up at exactly the time he said they would. They were able to complete the repairs within several hours and even educated us on how to best care for the specific type of tiles we have. The crew was nice and they did not leave any mess at all.
