The WORST massage ever . I was okay with $70 an hour . She never massaged my neck or face or included rocks . As soon as I came out of the room she demanded $20 tip . I told her no I wasn’t going to give you a $20 tip I could give her $10 and refused . This lady really wanted me to pay $100 massage with no rocks included . Not only that but the place looks a run down and smells like dirty old people . Never again .

Massage was great. Was a little upset at the end when I handed her a 20$ tip and she said excuse me and showed me a paper saying for the massage I got it’s a 30$ tip. So as a hairdresser a tip is a tip !! If they are going to add on $30 for a tip they need to tell you that when you come in or just includ it in the price!!!

They force you to give 50 dollar tip for an ok massage not worth the 50. 20 dollar is fine but lady kept asking for more. Not worth it

To be told that I have to paid a certain amount of tip to have a massage is unacceptable. My best friend and I went in yesterday for a massage. It was our first time there. I was not impressed no relaxing aroma, cluttered the massage was ok but the girl left several times during the massage so I and my best friend felt cheated on the time amount of the massage. But top it off the amount of tip should be up to the customer not the person giving the massage are the owner of the massage place

Went with my best friend for an hour massage. My masseuse left once and my friends left three times to answer the phone or speak to walk ins. My friend who started after me was done before me so the timing is not consistent. The massage was fine. When we were leaving I paid for the massages and my friend gave them a 20 dollar tip and stated 10 dollars for each. One of the ladies then pointed to a little sign that stated that the minimum tip is 20 dollar tip EACH. Now I feel that a 10 dollar tip is fair for an hour massage. But these people want a 29 percent tip and its mandatory? Well I hope they enjoy that tip because we will never spend another dime in their establishment. I have read other reviews (which I wish I had done before we went) where the owner states that tipping in not mandatory and the people must have had a good massage. Well our massages were okay and we were still told mandatory 20 dollars each.

This was truly the worst experience I've had in any business. I want to complain about the therapist and the business to keep people safe. On April 17th of 2021 I scheduled an appointment at a local massage business called Peaceful Massage of Yuma. I called around 10:00 a.m. to set an appointment for 4:30 p.m. for a 60-minute-deep tissue massage. At first the language barrier was frustrating because she couldn't understand me and vice versa. I asked for the price of the massage and she proceeded to tell me that it would be $60 plus $10 for deep tissue. Since I was once in the massage therapy program, I don't mind paying an appropriate price for a good massage. I understand what goes into the work being done. I show up to the building around 4:27 p.m., I was at fault for being late. When I walk in, she proceeds to tell me and point at a sign 60-minute massage is $60. Plus, the add on of $10 for deep tissue. I agree to this and at this point she makes me pay before the massage. She proceeds to tell me that she's going add on $20 for a tip. I didn't understand what she was charging me at first but like I said before, the language barrier was extremely difficult. She doesn't talk to me but proceeds to walk by the room and she points at it without any communication. I was unsure if I should follow her or wait in the lobby. At this point, I walked into the room and there were several sheets on the table so I was unsure about which sheet I should get under. There was a small towel sitting on the table and I put that over the several sheets I was already under. She knocks, comes inside, and starts the massage. I was uncomfortable at first because the environment wasn't very peaceful. There was no music, so It created an awkward environment. I told her that I wanted deep tissue again and I only want my back and shoulders worked on. She only knew a few strokes and continued to do those rapidly on top of the towel and then again when she removed the towel, and my back was exposed. I don't know this for a fact, but she used a lotion that didn't have oil in it so when she would rub really fast, it would burn my skin. I asked her multiple times if she could use more pressure on my back, but she continued to only use the palm of her hand stroking back and forth. At one point she did use her forearm when the towel was on my back and she must not have known the anatomy either because she kept hitting my bones. My arms were dangling alongside the table and when she would move quickly to different parts of my body massaging what she could, she would put her private area on my arm. At this point, I'm so uncomfortable I want to end the massage. Again, I paid $92 for this massage and I'm to the point where I want to leave. About the 30-minute period she leaves the room without saying a word. To be honest, I assumed the massage was over. I grab my phone from the chair sitting next to me and text my wife to ask her to pick me up ASAP. A few minutes go by and she comes into the room with a hot towel. She asks, "Everything Okay?" and I said "Yes, I'm just texting my wife". With the hot towel she slaps it onto my back and my shoulders. She is as well doing a full body massage which I expressed to her that I didn't want that. After this she proceeds to turn on the music which made the next 15-20 minutes bearable. So, around 45 minutes into the massage a man walks into the building and yells "Hello!?" and my massage therapist stops massaging me and opens the door to my room to assist this man. The only thing I had on me was the small towel covering my private areas. The reason I was there in the first place was neck and shoulder issues. Toward the end of the massage, I had turned over, so she stroked my neck and ended up making the muscle more inflamed than it was before. I as well noticed that I didn't get the full hour and only 40 minutes of massage. The only reason this bothers me is because the therapist didn't have anyone after me, and I had

Horrible experience....had a couples massage and the two women talked the whole time, even after I mentioned it. The price was higher than their competitors and then demanded a $20 tip at the end for each massage. Massage was short and not relaxing.

The lady were the short skirt like they going to the party than work, and during the massage they were talking a lot loudly we can’t relaxed, I was asked for the deep tissue and we paid 70$ dollars each but we did not get the deep at all, that wasn’t it! When we come out from the room those girls are DEMANDING 20$ for tips for each, be careful who ever want to get massage at this place NOT RECOMMEND
