Charles is something he is going 90 miles a hour fixing iPads and all other computers as the folks come in . He repaired our iPad and old cell phone so they were usable after reset . The price was very reasonable! I would use him again for any of my computer needs and service too . Thanks Charles you are the champ .

OUTSTANDING!!!!Charles does his magic with knowledge, fast, and very reasonable service. I am a snow bird so use My Internet Place frequently. But when I am home in Canada and have an issue, Charles is my guy. Just a text and he takes control of my device remotely....issue solved. Far and away best computer tech guy I have ever used.
