Ingrid debriefed with me on my day to day schedule & explained to me that the most important thing for my health as a first timer to her practice was to relax. She asked me to trust her, to work my muscles without a specific technique to locate the areas where my body accumulated stress. I left my appointment feeling completely rested & the days to come after my appointment. I am definitely adding Ingrid & her expertise to my monthly self care routine ! My experience with Ingrid was phenomenal. She is so kind and professional. It was so nice to be welcomed with a clean, calming environment. It was definitely love at first smell! I don’t know what was in the air but I felt at peace from the moment I walked in. She was very thorough to explain lymphatic massage and attentive to my goals and needs. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!
