“Everyone at Vida is amazing! The atmosphere is so calming & overall just relaxing, peaceful, & positive energy! I love all the classes and events they put on! You can see and tell everyone who works there genuinely loves what they do and loves being there because they pour themselves into Vida! Irene has been the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever had and been to! She really strives to work out any areas causing me pain or tension she will really focus on those areas but still provide a relaxing and peaceful experience. Every time I leave I feel SO much relief! My husband has also been a loyal client to Irene his back has caused him so many issues with being in the Marine Corps for 14+ years so every time! He said Irene is by far the best massage therapist that he has been to and how much relief in his back he feels after he leaves. Soooo come birthday, Christmas or anniversary gifts makes it easy to get him a deep tissue gift card ?! By far the BEST place in Yuma!! Will ALWAYS recommend ? times over!! ?“

I had never experienced Bowen Therapy prior to the 2 treatments I received the past week and a half.
