I recently visited the dermatology clinic and had an exceptional experience thanks to Mayra at the front desk. As soon as I walked in, she acknowledged me right away and kindly let me know she would be with me shortly while she finished assisting another patient.
Even after completing that interaction and entering additional information into the system, Mayra remained professional, patient, and attentive. When it was my turn, she listened carefully to my concerns regarding a medication that had been prescribed for my daughter but had not been approved by our insurance.

Took all necessary information. Dr Williams explained what needed to be done in my next 2 appointments. Appointments made for 2 weeks ahead, not 3 months. Clean, friendly office & staff.
