I took my 2014 Ram to D3 to have the hood and roof painted due to clear coat desert peel. As a retired Marine moonlighting as an automotive service writer, I went to multiple locations for estimates before making a decision. D3 was on the higher side of average, but their customer service, professionalism, and transparency made all the difference.

Their estimate was clear, with no hidden labor hours or surprise parts costs. The quality of the work was fantastic. There was no overspray, and it was obvious they removed parts and emblems instead of cutting corners, which shows they took the time to do the job right.

Dario's team really outdid themselves. They have a great customer service and they do put a great attention to details. Working with them was easy, they listened to my needs (in this case a hood paint matched), and they even went further repairing stuff I didn't even see before, and finished with an excellent result. Definitely coming back for future projects.
