Austin showed up today from D and H electric 12/23/25 he was very polite and helped me move my mattress so that he could get to my outlet and then he put the mattress back afterwards. I experienced some electrical loss of service and called Royal Electric and their response was wonderful. I called and their Electrician Austin was at my house 30 minutes later. I found him to be very professional and proficient. He identified my problem and had it corrected within an hour. I would encourage everyone to request Austin
