Dylan was an absolute asset during the entire process. He helped find vendors and individuals for repairs, was in person whenever I asked and always available by phone and text and email. He explained procedures and gave me advice but let me make decisions. He was a partner in listing and selling my house and I'm so grateful to have connected with him. I'm in town, but if you are not, I believe Dylan would be there to check on your property and take care of issues as part of his services. He is an all-round good guy and I highly recommend him and Coldwell Banker in the Foothills.
To say that Dylan Moore went above and beyond for me is an understatement. He helped navigate the entire process of buying a park model and everything that came along with that which was incredibly appreciated because I had never even been in one before. I’ve hit hard times in life and needed to take up residence in one stable place after 2 difficult years of being a very sick nomad.
