First off huge thanks and shout out to Frankie! Frankie did a really awesome job on an automotive ignition switch. I needed a brand new ignition cylinder to still use the original key. I also requested if he had a solution for the cylinder not to easily slide back into the key “lock position”. He instantly knew the solution and worked on it right away. I was shocked when he called me only 2 hrs later to inform me everything is complete. I was expecting to not get it back until the next day. I will most definitely be returning here for all my locksmith needs. Thank you Frankie!

The key for my ignition was getting harder and harder to turn. I know Ram Promasters are known for this issue. I was afraid I’d be in Death Valley or in the middle of nowhere and I couldn’t get it to turn. The Ram dealer in town wanted an exorbitant amount to fix it. Burge diagnosed the problem over the phone and checked for parts and assured me they could easily fix it. Which they did!!! I was so relieved and thankful for their honesty and integrity. ??

I took three doorknobs down to Burge to get them rekeyed and I was missing the key for two of them so they had to spend extra time picking those two. I thought it was going to be expensive because of that but not only were these guys professional, courteous and friendly, they are also extremely reasonable on their prices. Definitely recommend Burge! Thank you guys!!
