Excellent customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are quick to offer help, but don't hover and annoy or micromanage you if you just want to browse. I only took off one star because I got a headache from the smell after a while. The sale signs were in high traffic areas and easy to see, new products were right up front, and employees seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which you don't always see in retail stores.

Wow! Went to pick up our Bridgerton goodies that I'd ordered online. Irresistible sales from shampoos and conditioners ON SALE to car air fresheners ON SALE...THEN the most beautifully scented candles up at the register. Needless to say, I walked out with my phone order PLUS a bag full of goodies. Always great service from Rosemary and the crew at the Yuma Bath and Bodyworks.
