I recently had to have some special work done on my AC. While there they turned two breakers off. Long story/short I was gone for two weeks the day after the work was done. One of the breakers wasn't turned back on. I lost everything in my chest freezer and spare refrigerator. Airtronics stepped up, took ownership of the mistake and made things right. Loyalty to companies and customer service has value. Highly recommend Airtronics.
Called at 7:30 and Danny showed up shortly after 8 within an hour our air-conditioning was working great. Very very happy with the service and Danny, he explained to us what was done and knows his business would recommend this company.
We have Airtronics give our AC a physical before the start of the hot summer. Every time they come out, service and work are top tier. On the last service, everything checked out great, but the next day the unit started making a pretty loud annoying noise, a vibration sound to be exact. I looked it over and couldn't troubleshoot what the problem was, so my wife called Airtronics to come have a look. Roger, our tech came out and found the issue straight away.
