Called them after they were closed. Our reefer cut off with a load as we were passing through on our way to Texas with produce. Met the owner and his wife at the shop, dropped the trailer and he began working on it promptly fixing the problem within a half hour. Our TK reefer was throwing the High Pressure discharge code 10. He attempted to replace the fuze for the HPCO switch and when he turned the unit on the fuze blew right after it started clicking to turn on. With his experience he traced what the fuze controlled which is the High Pressure Cut Out switch. He pulled the starter off and removed the solenoid. Then he started the unit and it ran fine. On 02/10/2017, my older carrier reefer was not cooling and kept shutting down. Thank you for getting me back in action and not lose my pickup at Taylor Farms. Very knowledgeable professional shop owner. Very satisfied will stop back again if I need repairs done. Plus this was after hours and Bill was very reasonable.
