The people that work for the owner do great work. They are some of the hardest working people but they are treated horribly by the owner. He expects them to work too many hours with no coverage. He would not help with gas allowance when prices were high. He told them their work is more important than their family. This company does not provide coverage when their employee misses a day. He has does not reduce the invoice when employees miss work until he's reminded. The owner does not live in Yuma anymore and struggles to keep employees. I do not recommend this company.
