“UPDATE 12/23/2024 - Great cut from Omar today! Omar is a super nice guy and is very detail oriented. He cut my hair just as I requested and and also trimmed my eyebrows. Thank you Omar! I've gotten a haircut from 2 different barbers at Tailored Barbershop and THEY BOTH SANITIZED THEIR TOOLS BEFORE MY HAIRCUT - MUCH APPRECIATED - It's also required under AZ State Law and the Arizona Barbering & Cosmetology Board. A lot of barbershops don't sanitize their tools between clients, but the barbers at Tailored Barbershop do! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - ORIGINAL REVIEW - New customer! Perfecto gave me a great cut - just as I described ( I also showed him a few pics ). Perfecto is very nice, down to earth and easy to communicate with. Nice shop - and in a great location. “Based on previous reviews I asked for Grace. I got full legs waxed and a Brazilian wax. I've a fairly decent pain tolerance but nothing was terrible and she was lovely, professional and conversational the whole time. It was my first time waxing and I am booked to go back again. It was a pleasant experience despite being for waxing. I was hesitant to do it since I am on the heavier side. 5/5 would recommend. The entire staff was lovely and polite. I hope all of their customers remain so too.“

“I highly recommend Hillary for a curly cut! She has been worth every penny! When I met her the first time, I was shocked that she cut curly hair, but she really is fabulous with textures! She listens to what I want and works to make it so. She also communicates if I ask for something and she's not sure my curly hair will cooperate.I appreciate the opportunity to reconsider so I don't end up disappointed after a cut Hillary has aldo turned me onto products that work really well with my hair. She doesn't sell them, and the shop doesn't carry them, but Hillary told me where I could purchase them - and they've been game changers. I especially appreciate Hillary working me in just a few days before I was traveling and going to be away for an extended period.“

“So I went in today for my first wax ever, it was a Brazilian (go big or go home right?). Thing is, I’m a walking ball of anxiety, so to say I was nervous would be an understatement, I literally had nightmares leading up to my appointment, but I put my big girl panties on (or I guess I took them off in this case lol) and did it. Let me tell you! My anxiety was a waste of energy. It wasn’t that bad, now I know you’re thinking “everyone says that” which I don’t blame you I thought the same thing when I was reading the reviews, like no way these people are saying “it’s not that bad” but as an anxiety ridden person I wouldn’t lie to you. It legit wasn’t that bad, Laura was great, my experience probably wouldn’t have been the same elsewhere, she took her time, explained everything to me and was talking to me the whole time which is usually nerve wracking to me! (did I mention I have social anxiety?). Anyhow I pre-booked my next appointment, The Naked Monarch is a 10/10 would definitely recommend!“
