She listens to what I want and works to make it so. She also communicates if I ask for something and she's not sure my curly hair will cooperate.I appreciate the opportunity to reconsider so I don't end up disappointed after a cut Hillary has aldo turned me onto products that work really well with my hair. She doesn't sell them, and the shop doesn't carry them, but Hillary told me where I could purchase them - and they've been game changers. She did an amazing job on my feet. She took her time and was very detailed with everything when working on my feet. She was very kind. My feet have never looked or felt better. My feet feel and look completely different from when I first walked in, lol. I brought my daughter with me, and they gave her chips, chocolate, and water. They were very welcoming and very friendly. “So I went in today for my first wax ever, it was a Brazilian (go big or go home right?). Thing is, I’m a walking ball of anxiety, so to say I was nervous would be an understatement, I literally had nightmares leading up to my appointment, but I put my big girl panties on (or I guess I took them off in this case lol) and did it. Let me tell you! My anxiety was a waste of energy. It wasn’t that bad, now I know you’re thinking “everyone says that” which I don’t blame you I thought the same thing when I was reading the reviews, like no way these people are saying “it’s not that bad” but as an anxiety ridden person I wouldn’t lie to you. It legit wasn’t that bad, Laura was great, my experience probably wouldn’t have been the same elsewhere, she took her time, explained everything to me and was talking to me the whole time which is usually nerve wracking to me! (did I mention I have social anxiety?). Anyhow I pre-booked my next appointment, The Naked Monarch is a 10/10 would definitely recommend!“
