NO SHOWS, DOESNT DO THE WORK, LIES, only responds when his license is threatened. the only reason Watson took any action and still lied because his license is impacted. when you go on the ROC site, complaints dont stay there, they are deleted, so you cant see how many complaint a business has had. i cannot post the entire experience; not enuf room here. i had to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau, he didnt reply then a complaint to the ROC who can cancel your license. Avoid this company. I have a warranty issue and can't get a return call. When you call, even during normal business hours, the call goes to an answering service and then they send a message to the company. 4 calls, no response. Horrible.

Quit leaving marketing postcards flying around my yard. I do not litter on your lawn. Please have the same courtesy. Maybe attempt real marketing, where people who actually need your service find you via the internet. I do not appreciate having to pick up your postcards.
