Had never been to this groomer, and am always apprehensive about a new place taking care of my babies. I have an older dog, with a very gentle nature, and he went right to Ruth when hubby brought him in. We did the bath and brush package with the nail trim, and I received a call that he was all done about an hour and 30 minutes from when we dropped him off!!! The salon is clean, the 2 women that groom the dogs are very nice and you can tell they love animals. They even send you a text to confirm your appt! (a gentle reminder!). We will be bringing in our other 2 dogs, and will see how our cat does to get a nail trim and possibly a cat bath. (hmmmm.....not sure I want... read full review
Wonderful experience for my kitty Momo! They had us come in early to avoid any dogs being there at the same time, which was much appreciated for a calming experience. A shave for the mats on his belly and bum as well as a thorough brush out of his long fur. So thankful for Spoiled Rotten Pet Salon! 10/10 recommend ??
Great owner, great staff! Do excellent job on dogs of all ages/sizes. Very patient with animals, and u can tell they love their jobs. Give them a try...u won't be dissappointed!
