AC Tech (Brian) provided top tier excellent service and was very professional, along with having thorough knowledge of AC systems. Unlike the AC tech I had with another company, Brian was able to quickly troubleshoot and gave me a very clear detailed explanation of what the malfunction was on my AC unit. He even provided a better strategy on how to set both of my thermostats (upstairs/downstairs) to provide the most efficient cooling that results in saving money on my AC bill. Roger Cox AC & Heating was referred to me by a real estate agent I know and trust. I called the office, they answered right away and Roger called me back shortly after. He scheduled a time to come out the same day, arrived on time, looked at my unit outside and in the attic, during over 100 degree temps. He returned very early the next day and my unit was fixed.
