Shame on York - they built a garbage unit because they couldn't get parts, so they piecemealed it together using garbage and having their service partners take the heat for their bad quality. Roger Cox the owner is so kind and cares about the customer experience. I have used this company for years and they will do right by their loyal customers. Experience and customer service still matter to Roger. I am glad to hear he no longer partners with Trane who obviously does not care about quality. Shame on York!

We came home from a trip only to find our AC was out and the house was well above 90 degrees. We sought advice from friends at Church and they suggested Roger Cox AC and Heating. Roger himself came over to our house on Sunday morning and discovered the thermostat was no longer working. He wired a more modern self-learning thermostat to the house and the AC unit was back blowing cold air. I would not hesitate to refer you to Roger Cox for your AC and Heating needs. He did above and beyond in my book.

AC Tech (Brian) provided top tier excellent service and was very professional, along with having thorough knowledge of AC systems. Unlike the AC tech I had with another company, Brian was able to quickly troubleshoot and gave me a very clear detailed explanation of what the malfunction was on my AC unit. He even provided a better strategy on how to set both of my thermostats (upstairs/downstairs) to provide the most efficient cooling that results in saving money on my AC bill. Brian is extremely well-skilled, proficient and very seasoned in his craft. He definitely represented the Roger Cox name in an awesome way, I highly recommend Brian and Roger Cox AC repair!
