Five stars + The entire experience was positive from start to finish. The project stayed on schedule even after we added some extra trim work around the dining room window, which we really appreciated.
What stood out most was how easy and stress-free they made the process. Communication was great, Derrick, his lead, and the team were professional, and the craftsmanship truly shows in the finished kitchen.

After having a very difficult time with a contractor on our home remodel in Sun City West I sought out the verified vendor's list for my community and found Palmers Kitchen Bath & Beyond. I cannot express what a completely different experience I had with this company, in particular, Derrick.
Professional: always on scheduled time--often early!
Respectful: of my home, my time and my person.
Fair: price was incredibly fair for excellent work done on time.
Customer Satisfaction: no matter my concern it was never downplayed or scoffed at--it was addressed, immediately.

In February of 2026, I contacted several bathroom remodel companies, with a unique and unusual bathroom remodel request. Many of the businesses I sent a request to, advertise in the weekly Sun City Independent newspaper, as well as the monthly GRAND publication. Four of those small and local establishments did not respond. These are trusted enterprises, endorsed by SCHOA in Sun City and PORA in Sun City West. They are also AAA listed with the Better Business Bureau, yet too lazy to hit the reply and send key when a request has been sent to them. Shame on you.
