Mickie, and Natasha were both amazing to work with. They went above and beyond when issues arose, and provided professionalism throughout the entire process. The Director, Mickie was so kind, caring and professional that we had no doubt that Doris would be treated with the love and respect she deserved. My family had a very positive experience at the Youngstown funeral location. Mickie Chanley was wonderful, answered all of our questions, offered helpful suggestions and generally was great. The rest of the staff was so friendly & helpful too. We would recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area. My family lives in Colorado and they took very good care of Mom. They made the whole process very easy for us out of towners.
