Rafael was polite, worked non stop and even has a since of humor. The one thing he did that I didn't think he could do was make all my door keys to just 1 key. He did just that and now less keys are much better. Thank you Residencial Lock and key. Your business and Rafael are honest and do great work.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rafael from Residential Lock & Security today. I had been having an issue getting a 30 year old, double cylinder deadbolt re-keyed. I had been dealing with this problem for about three weeks. He helped me in his shop and had the job done in about 20 minutes. The quality of work was over and above my expectations and the price was well below my expectations. Rafael was very friendly, polite, understanding, helpful and very professional. If you have any lock issues whatsoever, I would recommend him highly, without hesitation!!!

Rafael was great! He knows locks, has all the supplies you need. He is easy to work with and has convenient hours: stop in his office from 9-1; and he makes on-site visits in the afternoons. He is professional, courteous and patient. Fair pricing, too!!
