Hired Lopez Landscaping to complete my new build front landscaping. ****, ******, and their team did a fantastic job. The quality of the work shows as our front landscape is the best on our street. Lopez Landscaping took the time to provide a few ideas and then worked with me to design the yard I was looking for. In addition, Lopez Landscaping came back and moved rock for a pool install, and then returned to put the rock back in place when the pool was completed two months later at no extra charge. Jeff called me back immediately, and was able to come service my A/C at my convenience. Jeff has excellent communication and does what he says he is going to do. Came home to a hot house with a/c blowing warm. I’ve used these guys before I called left a message, he called back a bit later as he was on another job. Offered to come right out even though it was already after hours.. he finished up about 10:30 pm and we had cold air again that night. Aqua Essence Pools recently re-plastered our pool and replaced our old pool decking and patios with travertine tile. The job was completed in the time frame quoted. Mark was excellent at keeping us informed as to the crews that would be showing up and the expected times each phase should be completed. We didn’t have any complaints about any of the crews as to the job they did or the clean up after each phase was completed. Mark came out after each phase to see if we had any questions or concerns. The communication line was always open. We would highly recommend Aqua Essence Pools to anyone needing to renovate their pool. We are 100% satisfied with a job well done. Thank you Mark and crews!
